Ah, a lovely holiday and a much needed injection of warm sunshine. But what to do in 30 degree heat in a week:
Have not one but two massages at the hotel spa – bliss
Attend two Yoga classes – serenity and an aching body afterwards, nice ache
Go to the gym (more than once) with Mr Fogg and use the treadmill and attempt (note, attempt) sit-ups
Find hidden restaurants through tiny passageways.
Eat, eat, eat oh and eat
Have two cats watching you eat, one brazen enough to sit on the table next to you
Then read books while sitting right next to the calm ocean listening to the waves.
And finally
Just chill.
