Eat, Sleep, Repeat

Ahhhh when there’s diddly squat to do it is awesomely tiring. Get up, go for brekky (healthy of course), then the gym, then swim, then lunch, then a snooze and then food, then sleep. And repeat.

Awesome!

And Mrs Fogg hasn’t coughed in 2 days, even better. Almost time to return.
