A year of fitness

It is nearly a year since I started a weekly session with a personal trainer. A lot changed during that time. I changed jobs, walked the Wolds Way, tried to eat healthier and started trying to ensure I looked after my health better.

It’s slow going and I probably don’t exercise enough still and slip from time to time, but I can feel a difference. I’m stronger physically and in better general health. And, I’m slowly toning up but doing it in a way that life remains fun. I eat, I drink you know…live.
