A year of fitness

It is nearly a year since I started a weekly session with a personal trainer. A lot changed during that time. I changed jobs, walked the Wolds Way, tried to eat healthier and started trying to ensure I looked after my health better.

It’s slow going and I probably don’t exercise enough still and slip from time to time, but I can feel a difference. I’m stronger physically and in better general health. And, I’m slowly toning up but doing it in a way that life remains fun. I eat, I drink you know…live.

Thunder and Lighting

Not really that frightening, But rather beautiful. We sat in the top field last night, beverage in hand until 11pm watching this amazing display and recording it in slo-mo to extract the best frames for you lovely peeps
