Horror Nights

Well what an absolute blast that was, in the park for 4pm, then placed into a holding pen whilst security cleared the park of non horror goers. The main doors dont open until 6.30pm, but if you are in the park you get to start the attractions at 5.30pm.

Nine horror houses, 4 horror zones and 2 shows are the order of the night along with the main park attractions such as the Rocket (yes Kevin I am now two more up on you now and the last one at 11.30pm in the pitch black which SO ROCKS).

The horror houses are an absolute hoot, at one point I thought Mrs Fogg was going to scream herself to death and deafen me in the process.

In the horror zones actors are dressed as witches, zombies, vampires, fishermen, convicts and killers, all haunting you and jumping out.

Simply AWESOME and so worth it, even Mrs Fogg liked it.

And now at 12.15am (5.15am UK), we are all parked out!

Welcome to Fright Night

Well I’ve got Mrs Fogg into the park ready for the Horror Halloween night (check it out online), now all I have to do is just keep her here, so food helps as does alcoholic beverages.

By the time you are all tucked up in bed at 11.30pm, Mrs Fogg will be screaming her lungs out, by 7.30am tomorrow it will be all over and I’m sure I will deaf.

Sky Writing and Bird Buses

A chill out morning in the pool in the glorious blazing 31 degree sunshine as we played spot the word that the sky writer was making, ah got it now!

Earlier in the week we caught this wonderful advertisement “Why Fly When You Can Catch a Bus”

Don’t know how long it had been waiting though

Next stop Bubba Gumps and collecting tickets for tonight’s horror show, Mrs Fogg just can’t wait!

And Now to Rest

Kevin our little traveling companion has set off back to the land of the cold, rain and dark skies, so what better way to toast Kevin’s departure than a trip to Red Lobster for a feast of lobster, snow crab legs, many different shrimp and broccoli (yes they actually do serve veg here), along with a Marguerita with grand marnier.

Your good health Kevin, it’s been fantastic showing you the sights, sounds and tastes of Orlando.

Unfortunately poor Mrs Fogg has the displeasure of my bugging the hell out of her for the next 3 days before we head home.

Those Bear Necessities

Ah, the magic of Animal Kingdom, Kevin enjoyed it, but I think the Fogg’s are a little past this Tired place with its twee rides and animals that look oh so happy.

Yes we did ride this one I’m afraid

Whilst meeting new hairy friends

Followed by a new experience for Kevin, a trip to a Japanese Steak House for a Sumo 8 course meal (which was actually 8 US courses so effectively enough to feed a small family for a week)

Another fun, long and tiring day followed by a dip in the pool.
