You’ll never guess where we are this evening. Mr Fogg knows celebrities. They’re performing locally so we thought we would pop down and support them….. At the local WMC in Acomb.

It’s like a time warp. Nora Batty and her stockings are here as is Benny. That said, it’s good to see Mr Fogg’s friend performing loads of hits.

They are a music group called Coeurdalene. A husband and wife partnership with absolutely cracking voices and musically great. We know the modern stuff but the crowd stirred when Mr Blue Sky was belted out.

Next up is Bingo apparently.

I can imagine my dad’s uncle Fred used to come here years ago, it’s probably not changed much from that time.
