Leaving Celebrations

No, not the little chocolates, but the Disney village, which is very pretty but manufactured. Time for one last feast at Red Lobster

Never Lego

A really fun night at Disney Springs enjoying ribs, steak and shrimp at the Lava Cafe, listening to some really cool guitar playing and then a chance to see some impressive Lego sculptures (George and the Deagon was over 1 million pieces).

Although I think the Hulk met his match

Anyone got a Woody

And now time for a last womble before the plane home.

Last Night Blues

Our last night on this rather short trip saw a last trip to Cirque de Soleil, Cheesecake Factory, we almost made it to the Holy Land Experience (yes it exists and only in America),  final evening meal looking out over Disney Springs and as you can see Kevi was so tired she flakes out at the Pottery Barn on one of their displays. The other picture, yes you can buy a taser in the shops here! Simply stunning.

Balls Please

So a chill-out day by the pool followed by Crazy (or tame) golf, where of course Mr Fogg whooped ass (a sexy score of 50, Mrs Fogg scoring 51 and poor ole Kev crawling into the low 70’s). After a strenuous game time for ribs (oh yum) and then back to have our butts handed to us by Mrs Fogg (aka the Ringer) at several games of pool (even tho she was sozzled).

The smoke billowing across the highway is an advertisement for the rib shack (not dangerous at all). And yes the crazy golf have a plastic goose to make it look realistic.

The margarita swimming pool was just too much to handle

Book Sanctuary and Hats

A very relaxing few days, visiting what I was informed was a book sanctuary, but was actually a big overgrown garden and then a relax watching the world spin

Tonight Crazy Golf (just us to be done in the 97 degree heat) and tomorrow is the last chance to see La Nuba at Cirque de Soleil since it finishes this year

We’d love to show you the pictures but it looks like the latest software update has broken that for now, boooooo

HHN27

The whole reason for the trip to Florida this year was because Mrs Fogg and I went to Halloween Horror Nights 26 last year and poor ole Kevin missed it. So after planning by the superb tour geek, we all arrived at Universal Studios for Halloween Horror Nights 27, where they turn the theme park into a horror park for 7hours on various nights in Sept to Nov.

8 scream packed Horror houses (The shining, American Horror Story, Ash vs Evil Dead, the Purge, to name a few), where actors dressed and playing the part jump out and generally scare you senseless, along with trick or treat zones and other scream areas. And to top it all some of the rides carry on until 1am. So the day started at 11am with the day rides and finished at 12am, 13 hours later.

Essentially it Rocks, you scream and have immense fun. HHN 28, yes please.

Florida Here We Come

We are at the Radisson Blu at the airport and why o why is the airport hotel in a better state, cleaner and cheaper than the dump in the centre of Liverpool?
