Dolphins & Whales

Welcome to that there Betsy Coed in Wales (I know that’s not how it’s spelt, but ask me if I care).

Today we spent a couple of hours whizzing over slate and water on zip wires in what can only be described as bomb disposal aprons. Oh what fun.

And tonight we are sat here after a hearty meal with our server Thurman Murman, who managed to drop the bottle of wine and glasses.

And now we are enjoying the weather in that there wales, before we go to the toboggan ride in the forrest tomorrow (did you know Forrest in Welsh is Fforest, what a waste of consonants).

Rockfueled Since 1941

Well thanks to Jeep we got our free tickets to see the Stones and a free T-Shirt (eventually).

A glorious evening, considering we were stood for 6 hours in the warm weather, enjoying the show, Mrs Fogg strutting her funky stuff and enjoying a pint glass of prosecco (but not enjoying the drunks or chain smokers)

A really good night, let down by the local council who initially prevented the taxis from getting to the venue, meaning queueing for an hour and 20 minutes for a cab.

But now back in the hotel, ears ringing and feet pounding, snooze time for us.

No filter

Here we are in the stadium at the Ricoh Arena Coventry for the Stones No Filter tour. We’ve turned down an invite for Sir Mick to meet us and decided to slum it on the floor.

Rolling Stones

Wow, free tickets to see the Rolling Stones in Coventry. We are all scrubbed up and await our taxi.

Wild horses couldn’t keep me away……..tee hee
