Another border

With 50 shrubs to plant I’ve been planning new borders to put them all in. Today we dug another giant border (and when she says WE, she means Mr Fogg dug as she watched) and planted 10 more today. Last weekend I planted 14 as well so only 26 more to go. It’s looking good though!

The veg plot is starting to take shape too. This year we have early and main crop potatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli, garlic and beetroot. I’ve still to plant more carrots, beetroot and then french beans, Romanesque and lettuce. I did want to try strawberries but getting the plants is the problem at the moment.

Gardeners Delight

This weekend I planned to revamp a dark corner of the garden and lay a fairy ring and plant up. It’s taken some effort but proud to say I did it all myself, including lugging the patio stones.

Mr Fogg painted miles of fence while I did this so our garden is looking super at the moment.

Oooo Me Tootsies

Oh what to do when you spend 20 mins cutting the grass, yup tell everyone and then spend an hour with your feet in a bubbly spa while getting tiddly and being fed BBQ. It’s sometime tough at the top.

Break for the Border

Two new borders dug 20m x 1.5m, thanks to yours truly (oh yes) and 2 cubic metres of our 2yr old compost, dug out by Mrs Muscle herself.

The result, very pretty (well it will be) and only 3 more borders to dig out.

Hurrah

Well it’s taken 3 months and a pandemic to complete “that bloody jigsaw” says Mrs Fogg

Souper!

What a souper device. Simple ingredients into a soup maker and 20 mins later awesome soup!

So impressed with this little gizmo.

Still No End In Sight

So after 3 months, Mrs Fogg still has a way to go with her 2000 piece jigsaw. Apparently all the bits of the sea look the same
