Summer nights

Well it’s the end of our week off and what a great rest. Time to chill again with the fire pit and our new little fountain too.

Shame it’s a bit cold tonight and rather windy!

5 mile walk anyone?

We took the Harley today over to Scarborough to see The Folks. Yes we have a household bubble going on. So, what to do in Scarborough for the afternoon?? Ah a 5 mile walk to the sea and the cliffs and back again for tea.

Mr Fogg managed to find a falling down cliff with an old gun turret hanging over the edge.

Some lovely scenery of Cayton Bay, but no sun though.

The Finish Line

In 2018 we started our log cabin project after buying one at a garden show with The Caddies, while sipping some Champagne.

The Fogg Cabin was built in August 2018 and it’s taken 2 years to complete the project, along with a mammoth 6 hour painting session

And here you go

And now the finished product

Jack Oozi

Yey Mrs Fogg is another year younger and what better way to start the day than a bubble bath and a bubble breakfast

Garden Designers

With the newly installed decking around the Fogg Cabin, we’ve moved onto stage 2 of the enhancement. This afternoon saw Mrs Fogg and her willing slave, dig out more borders (oh god more bloody plants!) and setup an area just for the Fogg Fire Pit. Knackered but it looks really cool.

Deck the Halls

Almost 2 years since we built the Fogg Cabin, we have now decked it out. Next step is painting it
